    Ⅰ.Quality assurance service

    1. The product warranty period is 2 years

    2.The product must be within the warranty period (calculated from the date of purchase invoice)

    3. Product malfunctions must comply with the manufacturer's warranty standards

    Ⅱ. Please note that this warranty does not cover the following situations:

    1. Product breakage or damage caused by improper installation, operation, and maintenance;

    2. The warranty period has expired;

    3. Unauthorized alteration or tearing of product barcodes;

    4. The barcode or model number on the product warranty card does not match the product itself;

    5. Making unauthorized modifications or dismantling of the product;

    6. Product damage due to accidents or human factors: such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, fracture, severe oxidation, or rusting;

          It is recommended to reserve a space of more than 10 millimeters as a heat dissipation channel, and ensure that wires and other components do not come into contact with the fan. Dust prevention measures should be taken during operation. If the cooling fan inhales metal dust, it will cause serious damage to the product.
